AI managed inbox
Your inbox, handled — with you in control.
An AI agent that reads every business email, does the routine work, prepares quotes and proposals, and checks with your team before anything important goes out.
New · AI managed inbox
An agent that runs the inbox with you.
It watches your business mailbox, understands every email, and gets on with the work: answering from your own price lists and policies, asking customers for missing details, preparing quotes, proposals and invoices, keeping each customer’s ledger, and setting follow-ups. When it isn’t sure, it asks your team.
- It asks first, learns your flows from your approvals, then handles them on its own.
- Every email it sends waits in an undo window first.
- Learns from the documents you upload and the attachments you save.

What it does
The work between “new email” and “done”.
Monitors and understands
Every new email is read, summarised and sorted by urgency and intent. Priority mail is starred, newsletters are archived, obvious spam is moved out of the way.
Answers from your knowledge
Upload price lists, FAQs, policies, brochures and sample documents — or save attachments straight from an email. Replies cite only what's in there; it never invents prices or promises.
Quotes, proposals and invoices
Branded PDF quotes and proposals built from your rates and modelled on your own samples, with your logo. Accepted quotes become invoices in one step, and overdue invoices get a reminder drafted for you.
A ledger for every customer
Your contact book doubles as a customer ledger: every invoice, payment and balance per customer. When a customer says they've paid, the agent drafts the payment entry for you to confirm.
Gathers what's missing
When an enquiry is missing dates, quantities or an address, it asks the sender, records the answers, and picks the conversation back up when they reply.
Asks your team when unsure
Complaints, refunds, legal or payment-detail changes always come to a person. It asks specific questions and remembers the answers for next time.
Remembers and improves
It remembers customer preferences and agreed terms, and suggests updates to its own standing instructions — which you approve before they take effect.
Guardrails
You decide how much it does on its own.
Ask first, then it learns
Replies start on “ask first”. As your team approves a kind of email — quote requests, booking confirmations — without edits, the agent starts handling that kind on its own. One decline and it goes back to asking. You can see and override every learned flow.
Off, ask first, or automatic
Each capability — organising, drafting, sending, gathering information, documents, invoicing, learning — has its own setting, capped by your provider's limits. Payments are always confirmed by a person.
Shadow mode
New businesses start in shadow mode: the agent plans every email and shows what it would do, without changing anything. Apply suggestions with one tap until you trust it.
Undo window and daily cap
Automatic emails wait before sending so anyone can cancel them, and there's a daily limit. By default it only auto-replies to people you've already corresponded with.
Per-mailbox
On for your main business mailbox by default. Admins can add staff mailboxes, and anyone can pause the agent on their own mailbox at any time.

Questions
About the AI agent
Will it send emails without me?
Not at first. Sending starts on “ask first”, so every reply waits for approval while the agent learns which kinds of email your team approves unchanged. Only those kinds graduate to sending on their own. Whether learned or switched to automatic, emails still wait in an undo window, respect a daily cap, need high confidence, and by default only go to people you've already corresponded with. Complaints, refunds, legal and payment-detail emails always come to a person.
Where does it get its answers?
From your knowledge library (documents you upload or attachments you save), your business profile and instructions, what it has remembered, and the conversation itself. If a fact isn't there it asks the sender or your team rather than guessing.
Which mailboxes does it watch?
Your main business mailbox by default. Workspace admins can add staff mailboxes or turn individual mailboxes off.
Can it invoice my customers?
Yes. It can turn an accepted quote or confirmed order into an invoice, send it with your payment details, and draft reminders when it's overdue. Every customer has a ledger in your contact book showing invoices, payments and the balance owed. Payments are always confirmed by a person.
How is it billed?
Agent work uses AI credits from your plan's monthly allowance — reading and planning an email costs 2 credits, sending 1, preparing a quote, proposal or invoice 3. Growth, Team and Business include the agent; on Starter it's a monthly add-on. Extra watched mailboxes are billed per mailbox, and any overage appears as a line on your regular invoice.
Is my mail used to train AI models?
No. Email and documents are sent to the AI provider only to handle the specific task, and are not used to train models.
- Starts in shadow mode
- Asks first, then learns
- Your mail never trains models
